At Sludge, every piece is created on demand.
This means each item is printed specifically for you the moment you order — reducing waste and supporting more sustainable production.
Because of this, we are only able to accept returns in specific circumstances outlined below.
✅ Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will happily replace or refund any item that is:

faulty

damaged
-
misprinted
-
incorrect (e.g., wrong size or colour sent)
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because every item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

change of mind

ordering the wrong size

personal taste/style preferences

buyer error
-
general fit issues
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer traditional exchanges due to our print-on-demand production process.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will replace it immediately.
💳 Refunds
Once we approve a faulty/incorrect item claim:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for bank processing times
Shipping costs are refunded only when the issue is our fault.
🚚 Missing or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time:

If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge
